Customer Service Representative

Overview

Community Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Central Billing Office. This is a remote position (training on-site).

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

• Answer and research incoming phone calls from patients and address questions, inquiries, and concerns regarding their accounts.
• Take initial patient contact and follow up.
• Collaborate with AR Specialist on patient billing and credit issues.
• Ensure a positive experience for patients on behalf of CCP.
• Identify and correct patient account inaccuracies.
• Post credit card payments to the patient’s account.

$18 - $24 per hour

• Excellent communication skills, problem solving, ability to multitask.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Prior experience in a call center environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance plans.
• Skill in using computer programs and applications.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and deal courteously with patients, employees, and the public.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to maintain a professional poised attitude under pressure.
