What We're Looking For:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must have an active clinical license in California. The Licensed Clinician is responsible for providing clinical expertise for our practitioner cohort, including regular supervision, guidance, live support, overseeing clinical assessment, and supporting clinical and risk escalations in line with policy.

PLEASE NOTE:

This is a non-client facing role with 2nd shift hours (evenings/weekends).

How You'll Make an Impact Clinical Behavioral Health
  • Provide live clinical guidance to Practitioners on shift to ensure they remain within the Scope of Practice in line with evidence‑based guidance and contract specification.
  • Provide responsive asynchronous support regarding assessment and intervention.
  • Advise the requirement for clinical escalation outside of the service.
  • Provide referrals/warm handovers to external providers and ensure follow‑up.
  • Complete clinical audits to support professional development and improve service user outcomes.
  • Remain current with evidence‑based practice and contribute to clinical policy reviews.
  • Contribute to discussions with product regarding required changes.
  • Support Practitioners to implement the i‑RESPOND model.
  • Contribute to training programs as guided by the training team.
Safeguarding
  • Provide live support to practice team in risk identification and de‑escalation.
  • Lead escalation to emergency services and mandatory reporting as needed.
  • Inform Clinical Leads of new safeguarding risks.
  • Remain updated on safeguarding policies and embed them into service delivery.
  • Work in co‑production with Senior Practitioners on complex decisions.
Digital Delivery
  • Provide direct support for service users requiring specialist clinical input.
  • Engage with complex users, including risk management, at request of Practitioners or Clinical Leads.
  • Ensure familiarity with practitioner requirements and user pathways within the app/platform.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
  • Maintain database for supervision and audits and provide aggregated metrics.
  • Support Clinical Leads with data analysis and recommendations.
  • Focus on monitoring outcomes, collecting feedback, and making recommendations for change.
Stakeholder Management
  • Interact with partner providers to maintain and enhance relationships.
  • Support leadership in representing the company at stakeholder events.
  • Disseminate best practices across the company.
  • Help Practitioners understand customer needs for safe delivery.
Requirements
  • Clinical license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist, LEP).
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Open to flexible schedule including nights and weekend coverage.
  • Experience working clinically with youth; digital experience desirable.

Travel Requirements: This role is remote with occasional travel for professional development.

Full‑time, 40 hours a week; hourly pay up to $40.85 (≈$85,000 annually). Compensation based on education, experience, skills, alignment with role.
