Brinkley Brown Mental Wellness PLLC is looking for a Psychologist!

As we continue to diversify and expand our services, we are looking for a licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This structure allows us to offer a very competitive compensation rate while also offering you autonomy over your work and flexibility with your scheduling.

This is the exciting part! We’re searching for a self starter: someone with the energy and willingness to help us develop and integrate this service into our practice. What’s your vision?

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing to inform treatment planning.
• Provide comprehensive written reports to clients.
• Provide individual therapy across the life span as needed to fill your schedule.
• Develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans and monitor progress over time.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, pediatricians, school psychologists, therapists, prescribers, teachers, attorneys, and GALs as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with APA ethical standards and NC licensure requirements.

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA accredited program or MA's degree and licensed as a LPA.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a psychologist in North Carolina.
• Clinical experience with children, adolescents and adults.
• Proficiency in psychological assessment, diganostic evaluation tools and report writing (e.g., WISC, BASC, ADOS).
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and managing sensitive medical records securely.
