OHSU Ambulatory Clinic seeks an experienced Intake/Scheduling Associate to coordinate new patient scheduling from contact to appointment. You will verify demographics and insurance, collect records, and document actions in EPIC Referral, enabling timely access to care.
The role supports high-volume scheduling in a fully remote setting with HIPAA-compliant space, reporting to the Ambulatory Access Services team. Prior EPIC experience is preferred.
