Cognizant is seeking a Claims Processor to review and adjudicate healthcare claims, ensuring accurate payment or denial in line with guidelines, HIPAA, and client rules. You will work with internal teams to research issues, obtain documentation, and provide timely status updates from a remote US-based environment.
You'll use multiple systems to process Medicaid and commercial claims, verify codes (CPT-4, ICD-9/10, HCPCS), and strive for quality and productivity while meeting deadlines.
