Responsibilities include evaluating mental health diagnosis, creating and implementing a treatment plan, providing excellent customer service for clients, utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals, preparing and submitting individual documentation for each session, coordinating services with various personnel, and attending clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Required qualifications and skills include a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields, provisional licensure, experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes, ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients, and comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
