360 Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Prior Authorization Specialist to join our Albuquerque, NM team. This full-time role offers a starting hourly rate and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for employees starting before September 30, 2026.
Remote work is possible if licensed in New Mexico. You will manage prior authorization requests, coordinate with physicians and pharmacists, and ensure proper documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
