Job Description:
Supporting Autism is seeking a dedicated Clinical Director with BCBA Certification to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a leader in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we are looking for an experienced professional who can lead by example, collaborate with colleagues, and drive quality ABA therapy services. Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and direction to a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Ensure high treatment fidelity for all learners through active supervision and case load audits of entry and mid-level Supervisors
- Mentor BCBA, BCaBA and Student Analyst staff within site through positive modeling, oversight and ongoing collaboration
- Develop and implement high-quality treatment plans and positive behavior support plans
- Conduct formal assessments, including VB Mapp, The Vineland, PEAK, and other relevant tools
- Collaborate with colleagues, leadership and other sites to maintain consistency across locations
- Oversee clinic operations while leading by example
- Participate in monthly education opportunities for families and caregivers
- Partner with Regional Director to monitor KPI's and clinic success
- Current BCBA certification with at least three years of experience working in a clinic-based or home-based ABA practice
- Current NC licensure, or eligibility to apply for this status
- Extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges, including autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency with conducting various formal assessments and writing treatment plans
- Passion for training, mentoring, and supervising staff
- Ability to collect, review, and utilize data for treatment decisions
- Commitment to providing monthly education opportunities to families and caregivers
- Experience using EMR systems, preferably Central Reach
- Proof of completion for the BACB's 8-hour Supervision Course for BCBA's
- Competitive pay with quarterly bonus and total compensation potential up to $115,000 per year
