Saint Joseph VNA Home Care, part of Trinity Health At Home, seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home therapy with patient-centered care. You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, using modern technology to support assessments and plans of care.
Minimum requirements include a degree in occupational therapy and NBCOT eligibility, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; 1 year experience preferred. A $10k sign-on bonus is offered.
