Team Health in Columbia, TN is seeking a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C to provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and treat mental health conditions in older adults across post-acute and LTC settings. Full-time four days per week, no nights or weekends, onsite with remote documentation.
You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage psychotropic medications, and deliver autonomous clinical care with strong support and productivity opportunities across Columbia, Lawrenceburg and Waynesboro.
