Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive medication reconciliation by reviewing and comparing patient medication profiles between the Eirene platform and each client’s Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, including duplications, omissions, or dosing inconsistencies, to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date medication records.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, and care teams to validate changes and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update participant photo records for Medication Administration Cycle (MAC) programs within all CK Labs systems, ensuring photos are current, correctly labeled, and securely stored.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client sites to obtain updated images when necessary.
- Generate and distribute monthly Medication Administration Records (MARs) based on client-specific requests and schedules, ensuring all records reflect the most current medication orders.
- Verify accuracy prior to distribution and coordinate delivery (electronic or physical) in alignment with client preferences and compliance requirements.
- Conduct detailed reconciliation of Schedule II controlled substances by reviewing dispensing records, inventory logs, and prescription data.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accordance with DEA regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness through consistent tracking and reporting.
- Oversee and maintain the Long‑Term Care (LTC) dashboard within the Eirene system, ensuring all data points, metrics, and statuses are accurate and updated in real time.
- Utilize the dashboard to monitor workflow, track key performance indicators, and support operational decision‑making.
- Provide regular and ad‑hoc status updates to clients as requested, ensuring timely, clear, and client‑aligned communication.
- Participate in and support urgent or high‑priority projects as they arise, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and collaborating cross‑functionally.
- Maintain flexibility while ensuring core responsibilities continue to be met.

- High school diploma required or equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Three years of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
- Must be registered or eligible to become registered with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy within 60 days of hire.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent typing and data entry accuracy with good speed.
- Strong computer skills to navigate proprietary and other pharmacy software.
- Strong listening and reading comprehension.
- Understanding of clinical terms and impacts.
- Ability to multi‑task and handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
- Detail oriented and organized.

- Administrative nature of the position requires hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking.

- Full‑time position: 11am to 7:30pm, Monday through Friday, with 40 hours per week.
- Remote position with availability outside normal business hours on an ad‑hoc basis.
