Patient Access - Online Scheduling Representative - Bilingual Spanish

We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Medical Online Scheduler to join our Otolaryngology practice and help us streamline our appointment scheduling process! As a Medical Online Scheduler, you will be responsible for supporting patients with our online appointment system, answering patient inquiries, and assisting with patient check-in and registration.

Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, collecting patient information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records. You will also be responsible for responding to patient inquiries via phone and email and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience using electronic medical records and scheduling software. You should also possess a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One year of related experience
