Founded in 2021, the organization has grown from an outpatient practice into a full-spectrum agency with 60+ team members providing services across clinical, community, and corporate settings. Revive offers outpatient therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), case management and community support services, and corporate wellness workshops.

The agency partners with state agencies, health systems, schools, and employers to make mental health care truly accessible, and focuses on building long-term infrastructure for mental wellness in underserved communities.
Role Description The Clinician is a full-time, hybrid role based in Providence, RI, with a balance of onsite work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy, conducting clinical assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, and documenting services in accordance with agency and regulatory standards. The Clinician will collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other team members to coordinate care, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and support continuity of services across outpatient, community, and telehealth settings.

Additional duties may include crisis intervention, participation in quality improvement initiatives, and engagement in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and support best practices.
Qualifications

• Formal training and licensure as a behavioral health professional (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent) and eligibility to practice in Rhode Island;
  Massachusetts licensure or willingness to obtain is preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for individuals with mental health and co-occurring conditions.
• Experience providing individual and group psychotherapy, with strong skills in evidence-informed modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused approaches.
• Ability to maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and use electronic health records in compliance with agency, state, and federal standards.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, community partners, and diverse client populations.
• Comfort with hybrid work, including in-office, community-based, and telehealth service delivery; basic proficiency with telehealth platforms and related technology.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, person-centered care and to promoting equity, inclusion, and respect within all client and team interactions.
• Prior experience in outpatient, community mental health, or integrated care settings is beneficial; familiarity with TMS, case management, or corporate wellness services is a plus.
