We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team in Glens Falls, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team of dedicated mental health professionals while making a meaningful impact in the community. Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to therapists, counselors, and other mental health staff
- Conduct individual supervision sessions to support clinician development and case management
- Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards across all client care
- Review and co-sign clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes as required
- Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development initiatives
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to maintain quality assurance and improve clinical outcomes
- Serve as a clinical resource for complex or high-risk cases, providing guidance and crisis support
- Maintain a reduced caseload and responsibilities associated with this
- Active, unrestricted licensure in New York State (LCSW, LMHC-D, or LMFT-D)
- Will accept applicants that are on the path to gaining Diagnostic Privilege
- Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and best practices
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-centered environment
