Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Washington. Clinicians offering 25+ hours per week qualify for a $12,500 ramp stipend. Base compensation can reach $112,200, plus bonus opportunities.
What We’re Looking For- Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
- Clinicians who value autonomy yet enjoy collaborating with a team
- Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong character—integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care
- Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Washington
- Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are rendered
Up to $112,200, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
What We Provide- $12,500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours per week
- Guaranteed, bi‑weekly pay
(no reimbursement delays) - Paid orientation and annual pay increases
- PTO and flexible scheduling (sessions available 7 am–10 pm, 7 days/week)
- No‑show protection and caseload build within 90 days of credentialing
