Med Cap Health is seeking a Medical Records Retrieval & Payor Audit Specialist to join our team. This full-time role (1099) supports risk adjustment audits, HEDIS reviews, and RADV activities.
You will coordinate retrieval, organize records, verify details, and ensure timely uploads to payor and auditor portals. You’ll work with internal and external teams to secure documentation, maintain accurate logs, and protect PHI/PII while meeting strict deadlines.
