The Clinical Operations Strategy Lead designs and implements initiatives that optimize clinical operations and enhance care delivery across aligned area(s), or the organization. The Clinical Operations Strategy Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. This role will report to the National President, MSO Operations.
The Clinical Operations Strategy Lead will be a part of the Operations leadership team. This role identifies strategic improvement opportunities, establishes operational priorities, and develops standardized processes and practices to support clinical operational effectiveness. Aligns operational processes with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability in operations and service. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. The role requires travel in and around the Kentucky market.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree
- 8 or more years of technical experience
- Prior experience with delivering presentations to all levels of leadership
- Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into action and use the data to impact and influence business outcomes
- Microsoft Office proficiency — able to write queries, create forms, reports presentations, and documents in Word, Power Point, Access and Excel
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management or Six Sigma certification
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience

Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel:
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
$104,000 - $143,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
