Specialised Part-Time Consulting Opportunity

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for current or former Devoted Health Medicare Advantage members aged 64+ who are interested in contributing their real-world healthcare experiences to a short research study.

This study focuses on understanding Medicare Advantage member experiences across plan enrolment, benefits, member support, and everyday healthcare interactions. Selected participants will complete a brief online survey combining multiple-choice questions with short voice-recorded responses. The insights gathered will support research into improving how AI-powered healthcare tools understand and serve health plan members.

Online Research Survey

• Complete a structured online survey lasting approximately 20 minutes
• Answer questions based on personal experience with a Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plan
• Provide accurate and thoughtful responses about healthcare plan experiences
• Complete the survey independently within the required timeframe

Medicare Advantage Experience Feedback

• Share perspectives on health plan enrolment and onboarding
• Provide feedback on plan benefits and day-to-day member experiences
• Describe interactions with member support and healthcare services
• Contribute practical insights based on current or previous plan membership

Voice-Recorded Responses

• Complete approximately 10 short voice-recorded responses as part of the survey
• Clearly describe relevant experiences and observations
• Use a microphone in a quiet environment to ensure understandable recordings
• Follow the study instructions for each recorded response

Research Participation & Submission

• Complete both multiple-choice and voice-response portions of the study
• Follow survey instructions carefully and provide complete responses
• Submit all required materials within the specified timeline
• Participate in verification of the completed submission where required

Strong candidates may have:

• Current or previous enrolment in a Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plan
• Age 64 or older and Medicare eligibility
• Current residence in the United States
• Direct personal experience using Medicare Advantage benefits and member services
• Comfort providing short voice-recorded responses
• Ability to complete the survey independently
• Access to a microphone and a quiet environment

Educational Background

• No specific academic degree or professional qualification is required
• Eligibility is based primarily on relevant Medicare Advantage membership experience
• Participants should be comfortable reading survey questions and providing clear written or spoken responses
• First-hand experience with the relevant health plan is central to participation

Nice to Have

• Experience navigating Medicare Advantage enrolment or benefits
• Familiarity with member support or customer-service interactions
• Experience using plan-provided healthcare services or benefits
• Ability to describe healthcare plan experiences clearly and concisely
• Comfort participating in online research studies
• Familiarity with completing voice-based surveys or recorded questionnaires

• Share real-world experience as a Medicare Advantage plan member

• Participate through a short, fully remote online study
• Complete the engagement on a flexible schedule

• Independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote within the United States
• One-time online survey lasting approximately 20 minutes
• Survey includes multiple-choice questions and approximately 10 short voice-recorded responses
• Compensation equivalent to up to $115 per hour, with payment issued following successful verification of the submission
• Current or previous Devoted Health Medicare Advantage membership is required
• Participants must be aged 64+ and Medicare-eligible
• Access to a microphone and a quiet environment is required
• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise where applicable
• Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
