Behavioral Health Technician
Salary is determined based on individual experience, and the range may not include differentials which are based on team assignment. The salary range posted reflects the starting salary for the position and does not represent the maximum potential earnings. $2,000 sign-on bonus. Great schedule for busy professionals or students! Three to five days each week, 40 hours total, evenings, overnights (with sleep segments!).
We provide full training and hands-on experience, perfect for students, career changers, or professionals looking to build a future in education, psychology, or human services. As a behavioral health technician, you'll:
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills (ADLs) using applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Build positive relationships and celebrate every success
- Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians
- Assist with educational program and individualized educational plan (IEP)
- Receive paid training and coaching

What you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassion, patience, and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
- Valid driver's license + personal vehicle
- American Red Cross CPR (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
- NECC CALM training, physical and verbal de-escalation training, and medication administration training (ability to get MAP certified)
