Two Chairs is building a new mental health system with remote, evidence-based therapy for adults (18+). Therapists will manage a caseload of 7-20 sessions weekly, using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI. Sessions are conducted remotely, with a focus on measurable client progress and collaboration with other providers.
Applicants should hold an active MA license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC or Psychologist). Teletherapy experience, EHR proficiency, and PHQ-9 familiarity are required.
