School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Stafford, Virginia

The assignment begins August 3, 2026, and continues through May 26, 2027, providing full-time hours at 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Active Virginia SLP license required
• Experience in a school setting preferred, especially with a range of age groups and needs
• Comfortable with both in-person and virtual service delivery (teletherapy experience a plus)
• Familiarity with state and district special education policies and documentation practices
• Willingness to comply with prompt credentialing steps, including a VA Department of Social Services background check and a recent TB test

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
• Complete thorough assessments, develop IEPs, and provide documentation in a timely manner
• Facilitate strong communication with school staff, families, and support teams
• Participate in team meetings both onsite and virtually
