American Senior Communities is seeking a Full-time Registered Dietitian to assess residents’ nutritional status and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized nutrition plans at Coventry Meadows, Summit City Nursing, and Grey Stone Health and Rehab in Indiana.
The RD will conduct assessments, interview residents and families, and work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate meal plans.
