Connect Med
360 is seeking a Patient Support Case Manager. This full-time role can be fully remote in the United States, with hours from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST depending on shift.
The pay starts at $60,000+ per year and includes quarterly incentive bonuses. You will support patients, caregivers, and health care providers throughout enrollment, access, and ongoing treatment to ensure a compassionate patient journey.
