Center Well Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician to intake calls from patients, pharmacies and providers and perform basic administrative tasks. You will address questions, assist with medication research, and evaluate calls needing pharmacist consultation.
You will make outbound calls to offer medication therapy management programs and schedule reviews with consultative pharmacists, reporting to a Clinical Services supervisor within defined policies.
