Optum is seeking a Senior Inpatient Medical Coder/Acute Edits and Denials Claims Analyst. This remote role corrects CCIs, MUE edits, and Medical Necessity Edits, including three-day window edits and denial work. You will ensure accurate inpatient coding per documentation and coding policies.
Required:
2+ years inpatient coding, MS-DRG/APR DRG experience, and AHIMA/AAPC certifications. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. to support compliant billing and audits.
