Manage incoming calls and inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies;
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns;
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for treatments;
Coordinate with healthcare providers to schedule and confirm appointments;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and treatment plans;
Work closely with the billing department to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and claims;
Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and efficient treatment process;
Act as a liaison between patients and insurance companies to resolve any billing or coverage issues;
