Compensation:
$85,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
What You’ll Do:- Lead onboarding and ongoing training for Clinical Research teams
- Identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions
- Partner with Quality and Operations to address performance trends and training gaps
- Develop and update SOPs, training materials, and learning resources
- Track training effectiveness through KPIs and quality metrics
- Support LMS administration and training compliance
- Deliver onsite and virtual training across Clinical Research locations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Clinical Research, Learning & Development, or related field
- 3+ years of clinical research, clinical operations, training, or L&D experience
- Strong knowledge of GCP and clinical research best practices
- Experience developing training programs, SOPs, or operational processes
- Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel approximately 50% (up to two weeks per month)
- Prior CRC, Clinical Research Manager, Site Director, or similar experience is a plus
- High-impact role supporting teams across multiple research sites
