Atlantic Health is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join the Atlantic Visiting Nurse department, delivering care in patients' homes in Essex County. The role offers autonomy and collaboration with a team of health providers, with typical hours 8am-4pm.
The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients at home, hold a NJ license in Physical Therapy, and have at least 1 year of home care experience. A valid driver license and a background in home-based rehabilitation are preferred.
