Peak Autism Center provides individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Our approach combines Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) to help clients develop communication, social, adaptive, and independence skills.

We believe every client deserves personalized treatment based on their unique strengths and needs. Our team works closely with families, caregivers, and Behavior Technicians to create meaningful progress and support long-term success.

Peak Autism Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our Grosse Pointe Farms location. The BCBA will oversee clinical programming, supervise Behavior Technicians, provide caregiver support, and ensure effective implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans. This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys collaboration, clinical autonomy, and being part of a supportive team environment.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Create and modify behavior intervention plans based on client needs and data analysis.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training to Behavior Technicians.
• Analyze client data and make data-driven programming decisions.
• Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure ethical ABA practices.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families and team members to promote generalization of skills.
• Complete clinical documentation and maintain compliance with BACB and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Passion for providing ethical, individualized care.
