CVS Health is seeking a Quality Practice Liaison for a full-time, work-from-home role with the Arizona Mercy Care Plan. The position requires RN licensure, 3+ years of clinical RN experience, 2+ years with HEDIS measures, and the ability to present findings to provider groups.
Expect to review, abstract, and enter data from medical records to support HEDIS and STAR measures. You will work remotely across the US, leveraging EMR systems, Tableau dashboards, and a variety of office tools.
