Optum, in partnership with At Home Healthcare, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant in Albuquerque, NM. You will follow the plan of care, educate patients and families, and work within the supervising PT’s guidance to deliver effective home-based therapy.
The role requires licensure as a PTA, a valid driver’s license, and availability for weekend rotations. CPR certification preferred and you will support diverse patients in multiple home settings.
