DMOS is seeking a Patient Account Representative in West Des Moines, IA, to file and follow up on workers comp claims, and to apply/adjust payments for services. After initial on-site training (up to 90 days), the role shifts to remote work within Iowa, with occasional office access.
This is a full-time (40 hours) Monday–Friday position with a reliance on solid billing knowledge. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of health insurance claims processing and 1 year of medical office clerical
