Pharmacy Careers is seeking a Remote Clinical Review Pharmacist to work from home. You will evaluate prescriptions and treatment plans for safety, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness while applying evidence-based standards.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses and utilization-management teams on complex cases, and document recommendations in accordance with health-plan requirements. A PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy is required, with strong clinical writing and communication skills.
