NTT DATA is seeking a Remote Claims Processing Associate to support our end client’s team in handling healthcare claim forms and related workflows. You will review benefits, ensure HIPAA and PHI compliance, and adjudicate claims within defined SLAs.
The role requires 1–3 years in healthcare claims processing, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST remotely. Training is conducted on-camera, with a focus on accuracy and timely responses.
