Pair Team in the United States is seeking a dedicated Community Engagement Specialist to enroll individuals with Serious Mental Illness/ Substance Use Disorder, homelessness, or high medical needs into Enhanced Care Management. The role emphasizes trust-building and compassionate outreach to improve access to care.
This is a full-time position with a primarily remote setup, PST hours, and a schedule of Thursday to Monday with weekends required. Training weeks are M-F 9am-5:30pm.
