As a Remote Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical team and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for patients
• Maintaining patient records and ensuring accuracy of information
• Coordinating with medical staff to ensure timely and efficient patient care
• Processing insurance claims and verifying patient insurance coverage
• Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining confidentiality of patient information and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace for remote work
