Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) licensed in Texas to provide high-quality teletherapy services in a fully remote setting, as a W2 employee with full support, stability, and benefits.

Work from a private, secure space while delivering care through our HIPAA-compliant platform. No commute, no distractions - just meaningful clinical work and a strong support system behind you.

We’ll cover the cost and guide you through the full administrative process of obtaining licensure in high-demand states

We also actively support you in building and maintaining a steady caseload
, with a focus on continuity of care and long-term therapeutic relationships.

Clinicians working 30+ hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package

• Provide virtual therapy and counseling to individuals across diverse backgrounds
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote setting

Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

• Independent practice eligibility (no provisional licenses)
• 1–3 years of post-licensure experience
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms
• A private, confidential workspace
