Assist the Registered Nurse with clinical tasks including blood glucose monitoring, completing EKGs, applying simple dressings, and using aseptic technique.;
Respond to medical emergencies utilizing Heartsaver CPR and AED skills.;
Address the needs of patients and family members and participate in efficient unit operation.;
Uphold the Patient and Family Centered Care Model and best practices on the unit.;
Provide bedside support and contribute to overall Med/Surg care on the night shift.
