Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries from new patients;
Schedule initial appointments and follow-up appointments with accuracy and efficiency;
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations;
Educate patients on City of Hope's services and assist with registration and paperwork;
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations;
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience;
Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient interactions and update patient information as needed.
