a2z Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing mobile therapy team serving Baltimore City and surrounding areas.

This position focuses primarily on orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation in a one-on-one home setting. We treat patients recovering from injuries related to daily activities, motor vehicle accidents, and work-related injuries while providing personalized care in the comfort of their homes.

We believe therapists should spend more time treating patients and less time buried in documentation. Our model allows clinicians to focus on meaningful patient care without the demands of traditional home health productivity standards.

Pay Per Visit: $80–$110+

Compensation varies based on:

• Visit type (evaluations, follow-ups, re-evaluations, progress reports)
• Clinical experience
• Geographic coverage
• Documentation quality and timeliness

Higher rates are available for experienced clinicians comfortable with independent home-based orthopedic care.

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes
• Perform evaluations and ongoing functional assessments
• Develop and progress individualized treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Accurately complete EMR documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and the care team as needed

• Active Physical Therapist license in Maryland
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Minimum of 1 year of orthopedic experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned coverage areas
• Strong communication and time management skills
• EMR/documentation experience preferred

• Flexible Part-Time / PRN
• You control your weekly visit volume
• Expected caseload: 0–15+ visits weekly
