MUST BE WORKER'S COMP CERTIFIED OR WILLING TO BECOME CERTIFIED Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists all over Long Island, NY. This is a per diem 1099 position!

• At least 1 year experience with pediatric patients
• Therapist license and registration
• BLS from American Heart Association
• Physical and QuantiFERON within one year
• MMR Titers within 5 years
• Malpractice Insurance
• NPI #
• Worker's Comp certification

• Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living
• Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition
• Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be be able to stand/work for extended periods
• Additional responsibilities as required

• Pay per visit: $75 for 30 min $85 for 45 min $100 for 1 hour
