CVS Health, through Coram CVS Specialty Infusion Services, is seeking a Nutrition Support Dietitian to coordinate home nutrition therapy with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. You will customize enteral/parenteral plans, educate patients, and support access to therapies across Eastern regions.
Requirements include RD registration, state licensure, and 2+ years in nutrition support; proficiency with MS Office; and willingness to be on-call. Remote training is provided.
