• Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $120,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.
• Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.
• BCBAs become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, rewarding impact without waiting months to qualify.
• Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
• Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact.
• Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

• Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work-from-home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment-related WFH days per year.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours.

• Manageable Caseloads: You’ll support up to 8 children.

• Center Leadership: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Sr. Clinical Director → Group Clinical Director → Regional Clinical Director
• Training & Development: Compassionate Care Training in evidence-based ABA practice
• Research & Innovation: Collaboration with the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality
• Clinical Guidance: Guidance from Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team with leading clinicians

  Education:
  
  A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, additional funds for training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
