NTT DATA North America is seeking a Remote Claims Processing Associate to support our end client. You will process professional claim forms, review policies and benefits, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
You will work from home 8 am–4 pm EST, manage multiple screens, use MS Office, and maintain high quality scores while meeting SLAs. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of healthcare claims processing are required.
