Overview
The Clinical Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to all patients consistent with the goals and objectives of the hospital and the pharmacy department. In providing this care, the pharmacist must review all drug orders and judge their appropriateness, identify and resolve drug‑related problems, oversee supportive personnel, and focus on the assessment and improvement of patient care. The role may allow remote work at the department’s discretion.
Responsibilities- Prepares and dispenses medication orders per physician request according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Ensures safe, appropriate, and cost‑effective medication therapies for patients according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Contributes to the quality and effective operation of the department.
- Maintains competence required for current job title/position.
- Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy from an accredited school. No experience necessary;
On-the‑Job Training provided. - Licensed Pharmacist – MO;
Employees must obtain a Pharm. Lic. MO or equivalent within 90 days. - PHARM LIC KS:
Licensed Pharmacist – KS or proof of equivalent license, with license obtained within 90 days of hire if primary work location is in Kansas. - Specialty Certification Preferred upon Hire.

Starting PayPay ranges are market competitive, beginning at $57.81/hour, with the final offer based on education and experience.
