360 as a Pharmacy Technician – Intake/Prescription Setup for our Specialty Pharmacy located in Scottsdale, AZ. Are you looking for a change working in a great pharmacy environment? We are seeking skilled candidates comfortable working in a high‑volume pharmacy setting.
Full‑time hours: Monday to Friday – 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM MST
Starting salary: $24.00 per hour and up.
This will be a full‑time position, and you may transition to remote work after onsite training is complete.
Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before August 31, 2026.

- Create patient profiles and process orders in a timely manner from electronic prescription and fax queues.
- Request refill prescriptions as appropriate.
- Manage incoming documents from the fax server.
- Generate and type prescriptions from orders for pharmacist verification.
- Follow up on outbound prescription transfers.
- Clarify patient demographic and clinical information needed to process prescriptions.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and be flexible.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numerals), brand and generic medication names, and general pharmacy terminology.
- Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when inputting information.
- Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law.
- Basic math and analytical skills.
- Required:
High School Diploma or GED, licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law, previous experience in pharmacy.
- Required:
Pharmacy Technician – 1+ years. - Desired:
Pharmacy Technician – 3+ years.
- Pharmacy or healthcare‑related knowledge, including pharmacy terminology such as sig codes, Roman numerals, and medication names; basic math and analytical skills; intermediate typing/keyboarding skills.
- Desired:
Specialty pharmacy experience.
- Pharmacy Technician State License/Registration (per State Board of Pharmacy).
- Certain states also require National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT via PTCB/NHA).
- Independent worker with strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, detail‑oriented, and effective time‑management.
