Amedisys is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide home-based, patient-centered care on a per diem days schedule. You will help patients maintain and regain movement in their own homes, with ongoing reexaminations and discharge planning as part of the care plan.
Qualified candidates hold a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, a current license for the state, and CPR certification. Experience in home health and a flexible, compassionate approach are valued.
