We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing Adult Foster Care team dedicated to improving the lives of adults with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and dual diagnoses.

What You'll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) within Adult Foster Care homes
• Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans
• Train and mentor direct care staff on behavior interventions and de-escalation techniques
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with home managers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and person-centered planning standards

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Michigan
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, or dual diagnoses is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
• Passion for delivering compassionate, person-centered care
