Maximus is seeking a Clinical Assessor to support Kansas HCBS programs in Colby, Kansas. You will conduct comprehensive in-person assessments to evaluate participant needs and eligibility for services, and gather information from participants, caregivers, and providers to support timely determinations.
You will educate individuals on available programs, resources, and support options to help them make informed decisions, contributing to better outcomes in home and community-based services.
