Skillful Steps ABA is seeking a compassionate, values-driven Remote BCBA who will supervise Behavior Technicians, coach caregivers, and help recruit therapists. You will design assent-based curricula and behavioral plans based on assessments and data analysis.
This full-time remote role requires travel of at least 25% per case. You will write session notes, monitor client progress, and use Rethink data software to ensure high-quality supervision and outcomes.
